Meet Theo Mkhabela, our wonderful Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Theo is exceedingly passionate about the hospitality industry, and this passion motivates him to do his job to the best of his ability and face all obstacles head-on.

Theo's favourite colour is grey, but there is never a dull moment in his life. He brightens his days with constant positivity as he believes life is too short to waste time on negativity. He happily looks forward to every day in his life.

While his favourite avocation is soccer, Theo enjoys listening to people and helping them with their problems. He says motivational speaking is a hobby for him, as it encourages him to be a better person and achieve his goals.

Theo especially enjoys interacting with guests whose religious or ethnic backgrounds differ from his own, as learning their unique service requirements is something he finds intriguing. Providing all guests with a memorable positive service experience is his daily goal.

Theo’s life motto is "May your choices bring hope, not fears, and the realisation that to be a winner, you have got to be a dreamer".
