Meet Mandy Mkhize, DAVINCI Hotel & Suite's Sous Chef, and all round superstar in the kitchen.

Mandy prides herself on being one of just a few female chefs within the Legacy group, and pours her heart and soul into every dish she creates. There are some challenging moments, but ultimately Mandy enjoys experimenting with new flavours, and working with different personalities.

Many loves the colour peach (and probably the fruit too), and when she is not in the kitchen, she is spending time with her two children whom she adores.

A lesser known fact about Mandy is that she is a fantastic dancer, and has a few trophies in her posession from the many cultural concerts she performed in during her school years.

Mandy has a wonderful zest for life, and she resonates with the saying "Happiness is a state of mind". We could not agree more!
