Legacy Lifestyle is a rewards program which has formed a coalition of luxury brands, wherby Lifestyle members are able to earn and redeem Legacy Rands whenever they spend at these stores. Legacy Hotels and Resorts is the programme’s primary South African accommodation partner.

Membership is offered to all hotel guests. Guests may register online via www.legacylifestyle.co.za or directly at the hotel. Membership is free.
 

Members will earn 100% of rewards but cannot spend rewards until they complete their registration on the website.
 

Members who register on the website or complete their light registration on the website will then verify their account and be able to spend their Legacy Rands.
 

An OPT is a one-time pin. It is temporary,  and upon entering you will be prompted to  reset your pin when logging onto www.legacylifestyle.co.za for the first time
 

Legacy Rands are the unit of reward earned by members. Legacy Rands are earned as a % back on the total spend at a Lifestyle partner. R1 is equal to 1 Legacy Rand.
 

When logging onto www.legacylifestyle.co.za you need to enter your cellphone number and the OPT from your SMS to access your profile.

Legacy Rands are earned when a qualifying accommodation rate is paid; participating accommodation rates are all Legacy Lifestyle and Corporate rates. Accommodation rewards will vary based on the members status and the rate on which their reservation was made. Members need to identify themselves when making a booking to ensure their membership details are loaded onto their account. Legacy Rands can be earned on applicable items including; accommodation, food and beverage, clothing, spa treatments, game drives and all products at all partner stores.
 

No, all you need is your cell phone number and your secret pin code. In this way, there is no need to change your existing transacting habits.

Legacy Rands are valid for 36 months after the date in which points have been earned.

No, all unused points will be deleted on date of expiry.

Legacy Rands can take up to 30 days to be activated on any members account.

Members qualify for the Gold and Black tiers based on their spend within the previous 12 month period. In order to qualify for Gold status a member needs to have earned 5000 Legacy Rands and for Black status members need to have earned 9500 Legacy Rands within a 12 month period. Alternatively one can purchase a higher membership tier on www.legacylifestyle.co.za; effectively you are loading your account with Legacy Rands that are available for you to spend.
 

Legacy Rands can be redeemed on accommodation at Legacy Lifestyle hotels and on purchases as all partner stores. One Legacy Rand equals R1.

Members need to be able to pay the full accommodation rate in Legacy Rands but may pay for extras by cash or credit card when checking out.

Legacy Rands cannot be earned on the redeemed portion of their invoice.
